The world’s strongest 12-strand braided rope, outperforming steel wire in strength-to-weight ratio. Coated UHMWPE fibers deliver unmatched abrasion resistance, cut protection, and buoyancy for heavy towing, subsea lifting, and extreme load operations.

LDMAX-12 is a high-performance 12-strand single braid of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) yarns with special coating , being the strongest fiber in its class, and is stronger than the same sized wire rope—but it’s so light, it floats. Made with UHMWPE fiber,LDMAX® is coated, which enhances the fiber’s already high abrasion and cut resistant characteristics.
